Your agreement
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using VowInbox, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
VowInbox provides a dedicated wedding email address and tools that help couples organize vendor messages, attachments, payments, deadlines, notes, and tasks. Features may change as we improve the service.
Accounts and teams
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. If you invite a partner or another person to your wedding team, you are responsible for choosing someone you trust and for their access to shared wedding content.
Acceptable use
Do not use VowInbox to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send spam or harmful content, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade limits, or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the emails, documents, and planning information you submit or receive through VowInbox. You give us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to provide the content and allow this processing.
Automated suggestions
VowInbox may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to categorize messages and suggest vendors, dates, amounts, documents, or next steps. These outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and confirming important information against the original email, contract, invoice, and vendor instructions before relying on it.
Payments
VowInbox is offered for the price and access period displayed when you purchase. Charges, taxes, and any refund terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and its terms may also apply.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties for functions such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and automated processing. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using VowInbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay applicable charges, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VowInbox is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free automated results, delivery by every external email system, or that the service will meet every requirement. Nothing in these terms limits warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VowInbox and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for VowInbox in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to hello@vowinbox.com.
